  My original diamond came from Raznys, so I went there to to see my options for upgrading. It was a little annoying because the Hinsdale location doesn't keep much stock of loose diamonds and their selection of bands is never limited. Everything I wanted to see had to be brought in. It was wonderful that they were willing to bring them in for me asap. However, I could sense annoyance when the diamonds or bands came in and I didn't like them. The main reason for my two star review is that I wanted a Beautiful, Quality diamond. The diamond selection for a two carat were all in the SI and I clarity, one was a VS2 range- but extremely high priced. NONE of the diamonds had information about their cut quality (good to excellent). It was obvious when I would see the diamond that it was not a beautiful, quality diamond. When I would make comments, the Razny employee would make remarks like "oh, you can see that" or "oh, wow, really, no one is going to be looking that closely at your diamond." The one blond, heavier, middle aged woman who worked there wasn't helping me. She was very loud every time I came in. She made a comment to me the last time I decided to come in. She made remarks to the degree of me not knowing what I was seeing. I was always pleasant, and never said anything to their comments. However, it really bothered me, hence this review. No one will ever look closer at my diamond than Me. Only a person who knew nothing about diamonds would buy the diamonds that were presented. I actually did ask if people really buy these diamonds. The sales lady shrugged and said yes, "people who chose not to see the flaws." I did take my business somewhere else. Please do your homework when looking for a diamond, otherwise you will be throwing your money away. I did find my upgrade- quality and beauty... and price at another galleria. Do your homework and do not let people pressure you into their limited selection.
