  Finally, Hinsdale has a great VERIZON store! Great customer service! Micheal (manager) & Matt were the most helpful and informative Verizon staff members we have ever had helping us in the years of cell ownership! My husband and I rolled in there and were given the best service! We cannot recommend them more! Great experience!

  Just received my new iPhone X and was really pleased on how fast I got in and out of the store. Michael, the store manager, was extremely friendly and took the time to explain the features of the new phone. I had some problems restoring the backup on my phone when I got home but I gave him a call and he walked me through it over the phone. I really appreciated the wonderful customer service at this Verizon location.

  Extremely impressed with the professional service I am constantly offered at this location. Matt, Mike and Javier have been nothing but supportive to me in my switch from a basic phone to a smartphone. Will continue to come back for additional help! Kind regards, Rick
